We recently purchased a home in Wilton that was in need of a paint job after 20 years of neglect.  Jeff was referred to me by a friend and was at my house with a quote within a few days.   He helped us pick out a color, which is much harder than it sounds when you compare it in different lights with your existing roof color.  In prepping the house, they removed all of the mold and mildew stains from the north-side of the home, scrapped & sanded down boards and covered and replaced nail holes in the wood siding.  They even replaced a large rotted piece over one of our doors - looks great.   The crew was very courteous and careful with our new shrubs.  They even came back to touch up a few spots weeks later.  Great job - we've gotten many compliments on the home and have referred Jeff to many friends.

Jeff has done 5 major (and several other) projects for us since 2006, painting interior, exterior, cedar, vinyl, and concrete.  Every one was completed on time and the quality of the work has consistently exceeded our expectations. It was time to put my family home in Greenfield Hill on the market. The home had not been updated in over twenty years and over the past fifty years any home improvement was done only by necessity. I was referred to Jeff Wright by one of the top agents at William Raveis and I called him in to assess the situation. 

Jeff immediately knew what needed to be done, especially in the kitchen. He had extensive experience and knowledge in preparing homes to be listed. He explained to me his vision of how to make my parent’s home “move in ready” for  a young family, just as my parent’s once needed. Jeff provided me with an itemized estimate of his recommendation and his pricing was reasonable considering the work that needed to be done. 

First, his crew took off the dark mahogany cabinet doors in the kitchen, then sanded and painted them a beautiful off white color. His crew then replaced the uneven shelves and changed out all of the hardware for a more modern clean look. Next he had his crew change the light fixtures from the sixties and replaced them with updated modern recessed lighting.  Lastly, he then had contacts and connections with people to redo the hardwood floor and even to fix the fence around our family pool. 

The cabinets, the floor and the fence came out beautiful and transformed the look of the entire house. Jeff knew exactly what to do to showcase the beauty of my family and due to his work, my family home had an offer over asking the day it was listed. I only wish my parents had a chance to see how beautiful he made it look but now, thanks to Jeff, a new young family is enjoying it.
